These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Reali
website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Seller Information
Reali – Italian Fine Linens is operated from Switzerland. All transactions are subject to
Swiss law.
2. Products and Descriptions
Reali aims to ensure accuracy in all product descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
However, slight variations may occur due to craftsmanship or monitor display differences.
3. Orders and Availability
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Reali reserves the right to
refuse any order at its discretion.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT where required. Payments
are processed securely. Customs duties or import taxes for non-Swiss deliveries are the
buyer’s responsibility.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on destination. Delays may occur due to customs
procedures or logistical factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original
condition and packaging. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless
defective.
7. Limitation of Liability
Reali’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased goods. We are not liable for indirect
or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is exclusively in Lugano, Switzerland.
