1. Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange products within 14 days from receipt if they are unused,
unwashed, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized monograms, or special finishes are final sales unless found
defective.
3. Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at info@realilinens.com with your order
reference. Approved returns should be shipped to our Swiss warehouse at your cost, unless
defective.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be
credited via the original payment method within 10 working days after the returned
product is inspected.
